Layout

Maui Eldorado was built in 1968. Sitting on ten acres, there are twelve buildings dividing up the 204 air conditioned units. Although it is a small property, therooms are spacious. Studio apartments range from 570-590SF. One bedrooms are comprised of 960 SF. The handful of two bedrooms are 1440SF. The units are leasehold. However, there is a 10% ownership of the Fee.

Location & Beach Cabana

Location is key! Maui Eldorado open up to Black Rock in the heart of Kaanapali. Facing the Kaanapali Royal Golf Course, there are views of Molokai, Lanai, Pacific Ocean, and manicured greens of the golf course.

The beach cabana is an exclusive area designated for guests and owners of the Maui Eldorado. Being right on the water, the exclusive cabana offers privacy, shade, and good company. Sitting on the north side of Black Rock, it is sand directly out front. More importantly, the lease is set to renegotiate in 2021.

Amenities

The amenities include 3 pools, BBQ area, Golf Cart Shuttle, Front Desk, Concierge, and Café RoseAnne. Also, there are the convenience of the Fairway Shop and walking distance to oceanfront restaurants.

Onsite Manamgement

Destination is the on site management company. Although you can choose whoever suits your needs, they have been on property for many years. They handle the check in and check outs, facilitate cleaning, and are readily available. Please call the front desk at 808-661-0021 for availability.
